The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities including a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with toiletries. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The view from the window added a nice touch. Staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, which made us feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was delicious—my mother and my niece really enjoyed their orders. The hotel itself is a bit old, and the only issues we encountered were with the flush in the bathroom and the aircon, which was a little noisy but still tolerable. I also didn’t go swimming because the pool water was too cold for me. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and if we need to stay in the Taft area again, we would be happy to go back to Orchid Garden.

The staff were kind enough to let me leave my bags at the hotel even though the check-in time is still at 2PM because I explained that I had an event starting at 8AM. I have no negative comments but I was weirded out by my room having a door that connects to the room next door. It can be locked from the inside so that's a relief but I still had it blocked overnight using a chair just in case. Overall, it was a decent stay. Thank you for taking care of me, Orchid Garden Suites!

This used to be a luxurious hotel, but the rooms are a bit tired now. The room has a rather old, noisy air conditioner, and there are no outlets near the bed. The bed linens are clean, but also seem dated. There are shops and a metro station nearby. Overall, it's okay for a one-night stay.

The rooms are clean but outdated. The air conditioning was too loud. We requested to change rooms on our 2nd day, but it was still the same. The shampoo and body wash were not refilled prior to our stay. The towel rack on the wall was defective. It broke off when i was placing my towel and the metal fell on my foot. The staff were great and attentive. Location was walking distance to ninoy aquino stadium.

This hotel was really nice. Decent breakfast and location. They had a nice pool and the whole environment was very relaxing. The receptionists and hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Excellent customer service. The only setback is that the aircon can get noisy. If they could get that sorted with new air-conditioners, this hotel would be the perfect choice in Manila.

Very average, poor internet, no Netflix, poor TV, fridge stupidly small, no blankets, hard pillows, leaky shower, little hot water, breakfast overpriced. Sorry but I can’t recommend it.

All staffs are friendly, approachable and accommodating. Good food but a little bit pricey. Suggestion if it's possible for the swimming pool to have a little bit lukewarm water.
